Plan Your Meeting

There are eight meeting rooms available in various sizes to accommodate both large and small groups; the smaller meeting rooms can serve as breakout rooms. All meeting rooms are equipped with white boards, LCD projectors and Wi-Fi. Traditional viewgraph projectors are also available upon request. See IT and equipment support available.

The Sahara Room, the main meeting room can be setup in a variety of configurations. You can seat up to 180 persons theater style in this room. View our available meeting rooms image gallery and floorplans. Contact the B2 conference coordinator to discuss your specific needs.

The Biosphere 2 former living quarters, the Human Habitat, is a truly unique venue for presentations, lunch and/or dinner.

The Boardroom is located in what used to be mission control for the Biospherian closures. It is a unique blend of architecture with a traditional boardroom setting. This room has all the amenities with a great views of the Catalina Mountains. View our campus map.
