Through public tours, Biosphere 2 hopes to create experiences in order to bridge the gap between community and science research. In addition, Biosphere 2 understands the importance of educating youth to be actively involved and interested in the world around them. To accomplish this, Biosphere 2 invites students to observe and participate in science at the Biosphere. Biosphere 2 also acknowledges the importance of teacher support and education to help engender a more effective science curriculum in the classroom.
