Virtual Biosphere 2

B2 Earthscience plans to offer two alternatives for K-12 classes that are unable to visit Biosphere 2 in person:

Web-based visits to Biosphere 2. These will include activities that replicate or build on the research underway at Biosphere 2 and will allow students to become not just participants, but direct partners in the research, entering their results into an online database.
Science kits that can be checked out for use in classrooms. This program may include the “borrowing” of a UA student who can lead the class through content-rich activities.
